A restaurant specializing in tartars and oysters, an interesting address for a tasty break in Paris.
There's no smoke and mirrors here, no inefficiency. On the contrary, the tartars - one of the house specialties, the other being oysters - are perfectly calibrated. The menu offers a dozen versions: the traditional French (which, to our taste, could do with a little more seasoning) and Italian tartars, of course, but more surprisingly, a Greek tartar with cucumber and feta, and a tropical tartar with pineapple and lime. There's a choice of sizes (180 g, 260 g or 360 g of meat), side dishes (the fries are top-notch) and extras (egg yolk, capers, herbs...).
