Great experience in the hotel. Receptionist was so helpful, kind and approachable Charlotte booked us for a day tour in Versailles and for a taxi. Room is clean they clean it everyday. Break fast is good and cheap for a 5 days stay. Hotel is just 20 minutes walk to Eiffel Tower. I highly recommend Hotel du Palais Chaillot. If we will come back to Paris we will stay in this hotel again. Excellent service. Thank you to all staff.

Fantastic hotel in a great location (quick walk to the Eiffel tower one way and an even quicker walk to a metro station the other!) Rooms were a little small but more than big enough for us, also very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was wonderful, a huge selection.
However the best thing about this hotel is the staff. So very friendly, welcoming and helpful. They couldn't have done more. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay again.

Beautiful boutique hotel with friendly, inviting and accommodating staff. I stayed 5 days in a single as a solo traveler. The room was clean and comfortable. They offer a fresh continental breakfast daily with a pleasant variety of breads, proteins, fruits and beverages. Great location, it’s about 8 minutes walk to the Trocadero , Siene and Eiffel Tower.

We had a good stay at Hotel Palais de Chaillot. The location was excellent and made it easy to get around. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and breakfast was good. The room was very small, which is pretty typical for Paris, but it was clean and comfortable. There was construction going on during our stay, but it didn’t really bother us since we were out most of the day. There was a brief moment when the power went out, possibly related to the construction, and we ended up taking the stairs. The hotel also helped receive our pocket WiFi device a day before we arrived, which we really appreciated. Overall, it was a convenient and pleasant stay.

Room is on the smaller size but very clean and comfortable. Excellent location and all staff we encountered were friendly, inviting and super helpful.

Schattig, knus hotelletje op een geweldige, centrale locatie in Parijs. Aardig personeel denkt graag mee en kan een hoop tips geven. Vrij kleine kamers maar dat heb je met een stadshotel. Schoon, prima bedden en goed ontbijt. Prima uitvalsbasis om Parijs te ontdekken!

Stayed here with my friend when visiting to watch the Aston Villa v PSG game. Such a lovely, warm welcome. They stored our luggage so we could enjoy the city whilst waiting for the room. We had a twin room with a cozy bathroom. Breakfast was included in our rate; it was continental but lots of variety. ||Would definitely recommend for the location and welcoming staff.||||

I almost don't want to review this little gem of a hotel because I would like to keep it a secret, but that seems unfair. It is an incredible little hotel in an amazing location-- just a couple of blocks from the Trocadero and the incredible Eiffel Tower view. Most nights we strolled down to see the lights. The staff is friendly and helpful. We traveled with our 2 teens and while the rooms don't fit 4, we were in our own little alcove-- two separate rooms but there is a door that closes (but doesn't lock) to our little area. The bathrooms were great and the beds comfortable. We actually had a king size bed, a rarity I feel like in Europe-- it was two twins pushed together, but my teens were thrilled that they could separate the beds in their room. There is a little market right next door and a ton of great restaurants nearby (Maestro down the street was a family favorite).I love, love, love this hotel and will 100% stay here again when we come back to Paris.

Great boutique hotel in a great location. Minutes away from the trocadero and metro stations. Great rooms with comfortable beds and great water pressure in the shower/tub.

Stayed at this hotel for nine days in March 2025 and have only great things to say. The staff is welcoming, professional, and looking out for the guests best interests. Adel in particular made my stay incredibly enjoyable. This hotel is short walking distance to the Eiffel Tower in a clean and luxurious neighborhood at an incredible value. Cleanliness and comfort are priorities at this at this establishment, couldn’t have been happier!

Hotels near the Trocadero tend to be both expensive and sought after. Hotel PdC is a great value and only a few minutes walk to metro and Trocadero complex, with its iconic views of the Eiffel Tower. ||Rooms are fine, service is friendly, and location is super convenient. There are certainly nicer hotels in the area if your wallet is big enough but I'd prefer to spend the money on food or something else instead of my hotel room. There are numerous cafes and restaurants in the immediate area and it's one of the safer parts of Paris. ||The hotel was undergoing a renovation (March 2025) when I was there but didn't specifically notice any noise or disturbance. ||Would return for certain.

Hôtel parfait pour ceux et celles qui ne veulent rien manquer de Paris. Situé près de la Tour Eiffel, de l’arc de triomphe et près des transport (métro, train et RER). Bon choix alimentaire, pour le petit déjeuner. Personnel TRÈS gentil et courtois.

We love our stay here. Close to the Metro. Close to the Eiffel Tower. Close to nice restaurants. Adel at the front desk was very nice, patient, friendly and helpful with the many questions I had. I highly recommend it and definitely come back if I had a chance to return to this beautiful city

Das Hotel war sehr zentral gelegen.
Zum Eiffelturm hin sind es fußläufig ca. 4 Minuten.
Personal war unglaublich freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend und im allgemeinen ist alles sehr gepflegt gewesen. In Zimmer hatte man alles was man benötigt. Klein aber fein.

A cozy hotel in a very comfortable place between Tour Eiffel and Place de l'Étoile. Loved the staff, Adel from reception is amazing! Clean rooms and a very nice breakfast in the morning. We stayed just 1 night so it was really a good experience.

From the moment of arrival we were made to feel completely welcome. I had asked for the room to be decorated for a romantic weekend and with champagne for a special anniversary. They did it in style, and the champagne was excellent. The bed was wonderfully comfortable and I have a bad back so it mattered. The shower room was excellent, and although the total room space was on the small side, we had everything we needed for our stay. All the staff were kind and considerate. The breakfast was lavish and catered fully for our tastes. A lovely hotel, and a great location.

Location is 4 min walk from trocadero, amazing!! Staff is extremely attentive. ALL OF THEM! They have gone above and beyond with all my needs, from a baby bed to printing tickets and checking status for my lost stroller. Will def be back and 100% recommend. Thank you!!
