Restaurant in Paris elaborating a menu of delicacies, lunch formulas and menus with seasonal products.
After stints at Aïda, Agapé and Abri, Japanese chef Keisuke Yamagishi has opened his own restaurant near Place du Trocadéro. The impeccably-trained establishment offers a hushed ambience, like a protective, delicate cocoon that would be savage to break. To delight visiting gourmets, the open-plan kitchen is a showcase of gourmet delights, as is the à la carte menu. The house offers two formulas in five variations at lunchtime and three menus in the evening, with seasonal produce that gives free rein to the imagination of the chef, a prodigy whose mission is to astonish with his gourmet creations and the precision of his dishes. And he's succeeded!
