Welcome to the kingdom of Helix Pomata, the Bourgogne snail, and Helix Aspersa Müller, known as Petit Gris ! For more than a century, the Snail House receives a lot of live wild snails every week. They are therefore of impeccable freshness and benefit from the best treatment : one to one, they are carefully sorted, washed, cooked in broth, and then stuffed with veined garlic butter. This butter is accompanied by a mixture of no less than 18 condiments which give it an incomparable and subtle flavor ! Connoisseurs will choose between the 5 sizes of Bourgogne snails and the two sizes of Petite Gris. You will also find all the accessories for successful tasting (plates, clips). And over the last few months the product range has widened in the Gras and Au-la-Côte. Prices vary, of course, depending on the size of the snail.
