CENTRE COMMERCIAL BEAUGRENELLE
This is the story of a commercial centre inaugurated in the 1970s and has become completely moribund over the years, to the point of becoming a real desert in the early 2000s. After several years of work and huge investments, the new Beaugrenelle centre was officially inaugurated on October 23, 2013. Located opposite the Seine, it has already welcomed several tens of thousands of visitors, most often impressed by the magnitude of the change. Three times bigger than the old one, dressed with large glass walls and has 110 shops and restaurants, it is divided into three centres: Panoramic, which hosts a large multiplex cinema, a large shop of British origin signing its great return to France, and a dozen restaurants overlooking the Seine. Second centre, Magnétic, which lists all the signs dedicated to the culture and interior of your house. Finally, geographically farther away from the Seine, the City centre is more oriented towards the neighborhood, with many convenience stores. One of the advantages of the site is to offer almost unheard signs in France, such as Hollister, which targets a young and trendy customers, or Marks & Spencer extending over 4,500 m2 and on several levels, including a "foodhall", a typical and unique restaurant.
