The always smiling welcome, seasonal proposals and Sunday brunch will spoil guests in the neighborhood who do not get tired of the renewed map every season. Since the takeover, some dishes have become unavoidable. This is the case of the ceviche of the soft chili, crayfish tartare, perched calf liver and its purée, vehicular rostrons grown at cognac, salmon tartare and its green salad, fine apple pie, thyme ice or tiramisu to spices of spices - not forgetting the season, the clafoutis to the grips and the swimming of strawberries and rhubarb.
