For its reopening in 2023, the Musée Bourdelle, housed in the sculptor's former studio, had the good idea of creating a restaurant space in what was once the apartment of the artist's daughter (Rhodia) and her husband. Another good idea: he entrusted the menu to Jean-René Chassignol, creator of the Isana chain.
