Restaurant in a refined setting offering traditional dishes of the Berber cuisine.

The Tipaza welcomes us in a refined setting to taste traditional dishes of Berber cuisine. Kefta and brick of and tuna as an entry, and then comes the choice of tajine. Lamb, candied lemon and olives, egg and olives, candied prunes and roasted almonds or the dolma stew with homemade lamb and beef boulettes, fig, date and onions impregnated with ginger. Alongside the tajines, a tempting selection of grilled meats, from the méchoui to the rumsteak, not forgetting the merguez and skewers of a leg of lamb. For their part, couscous, chicken, kefta, merguez or mixed, are served with semolina and broth at will. The framework is pleasant and friendly service. All dishes are also sold to take.

Vraiment très déçue. J’avais réservé pour 12 personnes dont la moitié ont commandé différents tajines agneau. Ils avaient tous la même base oignons et petits pois avec des tomates crues et des carottes (!!!!) et la déco était rajoutée avant le service . Donc j’ai eu un tajine pruneaux amandes sans le goût souhaité (et qui avait le même goût que le tajine olives citron) et avec un seul pruneau et 3 amandes . J’ai dû en redemander . Par ailleurs j’ai eu un énorme morceau de cartilage à la place de la viande (quand j’ai fait la remarque au serveur, il m’a dit que c était bien un morceau de viande!!!).
Mauvaise expérience , franchement si vous voulez manger de vrais tajines goûteux , ce n’est pas la bonne adresse. Mais vraiment rien à voir !!!!

Excellent restaurant, avec une belle ambiance et surtout des serveurs particulièrement sympas. J’y suis souvent servi par Makhlouf qui est exceptionnel. Slimane, Nacer et Jerry sont aussi au top!

Dîner le jour du réveillon service impeccable serveur aux petits soins coucous royaux et un poulet insipide semoule trop fine et collante légumes inexistants sans saveur et viandes pas tendres et petites portions tagine poulet citron peu goûteuse très décue de ce restaurant à éviter à moins que nous n'ayons pas eu de chance ce soir là

Le cadre et le service sont parfaits en revanche tres decue du plat couscous royal (merguez sans gout, le mouton a part l os pas grand chose a manger et la brochette dure) et peu de legumes.
