Lobby always smells funny, because of the food serving machine right in the entrance. First day at night our toilet was clogged and due to it is not good for hygiene we asked for toilet brush, reception staff, did not provide us anything and he told us only cleaning ladies has the brush and we had to leave the toilet dirty, which is quite unsanitary. I don't think toilet brush is a luxury, it is a must.
No kettle or sorts of water broiler avalible in the rooms. Shower is right in the middle of the room, humidity covers the room once you are done with it. No proper hair towels, just a medium size one and no hair towels avalible. One thing that I have never seen an example is no hair dryer avalible in the room. You need to rent one with deposit, apperantly it effects the budget as well.
We can not open not even a slight bit of the room, which does not help with humidity originated from the room.
The only thing that I can write a good comment is the location, near to Supermarkets and few good restaurants and most importantly very close to metro.
I don't think that I will ever choose to stay in here unless I have to. Hope things get better in the future.
