With its gherkin-green benches, here is the right choice of the district! At the helm, Franck Bellanger, a survivor of the world of computing, and Mathieu Nadjar, a former assistant at Chez l'Ami Jean in the 7th. We love as much escabeche of mackerel fillet, gremolata and the eggplant caviar as the barbecued hake, caponata and fried artichokes. As for dessert, a creamy lemon, nougatines of almonds and vanilla hold us hostage. When it is time to pay the bill, you will swear to the owner that you are ready to cross all Paris to spend another moment in this roughly scoundrel restaurant, which is definitely ranked on top of the list of Parisian bistros…

Bons produits mais j'ai été globalement déçu.
Les protéines sont en quantité et bien cuites mais les accompagnements manquent de goût (bouillon de langoustine pas assez corsé, sauce morilles avec très peu de morille). Le rapport qualité/prix des vins au verre est très discutable.
Le service et l'emplacement sont bien.

Comment ne pas aimer la cuisine du Grand Chef Sébastien DAGONEAU, depuis plus de 20 ans il me régale dans chaque cuisine qu'il fréquente ... Et donc là encore mieux chez lui ... Je conseille vivement ...

It is a nice experience, for us hungarians the food is a little bit plain, i guess our taste buds are used more to paprika and pepper. We got the langoustine bouillon and the chicken, the goose liver and the pork. The service was really good
