A nice terrace overlooking the St. Emilion courtyard and a bucolic room: it's ideal to sip a glass or to hang around a dish, a big country salad with cheeses wonderfully refined. On the go: toasts, fine pie or buckwheat pancakes. The meats are from Aubrac and the chef has a suggestion every day. It's impossible to miss the chunk or the piece of beef, the sausage of Aubrac or the aligot… We also love the beef tartare with espelette pepper or the Bleu d'Espalion. A country burger with Viande des Grisons, Raclette au gratin, minced Aubrac meat steak, fried egg, fries and green salad are alone a meal representing tradition and modernity. To accompany this rather jovial cuisine why not select beers of Aveyron! The desserts are not forgotten: homemade profiteroles, lemon pie, caramel pancake and salty butter, brownie, homemade hot chocolate. An address that favors the land, that of Aveyron and a culinary quality but with today's spirit and a young and friendly atmosphere. Every week, guests enjoy evenings around a most convivial platter such as the Tartiflette or the burger evening.
