In this charming bistro with terrace, we appreciate a free and inventive cuisine just as it should be. You will find there smiling bosses, Thierry the sommelier and Thomas, the cook, who are pleased to welcome you and share with you the list of the rejoicing dishes of the moment, which are on the bistro register. At lunch, the menu even gives you the desire to kiss them: sweet potato soup and coconut milk, line-caught bluefin tuna tartare with raspberries and avocado purée, duck of the Landes with figs, hake à la plancha with Guianciale lard, roast eggplant and tomato of the market garden, etc. As for dessert, quenches black chocolate and caramel in the flower of salt, macarons with raspberries and rice cake terrine "grandmother" are always perfect.
