The Janissaire, which is still nostalgic in Turkey, was a fighter of the Ottoman Empire. In a décor that recalls Istanbul's chic neighborhoods, you can discover the pleasures of fine and quality cuisine with fresh and spices. The dishes have exotic names: " Paltican sarma " (feta cheese and eggplant white cheese with yogurt and pistachio)," Börek " (laminated cheese lamb)," Eli Nazik Sis " (lamb of lamb to eggplants and garlic yogurt)," Hünkarli "midiye" (stove mussels lightly spicy on aubergine purée). As a drink, the Ayran (lemon salted yogurt) is very refreshing. The real Turkish cuisine!
