In a flamenco decor, Mathias makes a Spanish cuisine. Among the specialties, we have warm and cold tapas, which can be tasted by units or assortment, but also delicious paellas. Other proposals include: Stuffed peppers, decorated gambas with lobster sauce, zarzuela (Spanish Bouillabaisse), à la plancha squid and cuttlefish, etc. The desserts are also local, we have in particular turron (Spanish nougat) and arroz con leche (rice pudding flavored with orange, lemon, cinnamon). And nice charcuterie or cheese dishes accompany also the aperitif.
