A bistronomic menu in an industrial setting, red and white tablecloths and beautiful luminosity. A combination of local dishes: country terrine, Auvergne cochonnailles, Auvergne salad and Aubrac meats (burgers and tartare), but also a gourmet menu with homemade smoked salmon and organic scrambled eggs with truffle oil. The lunch formula, starter-main course or main course-dessert always delights many people!
