Restaurant in Paris offering draft beers, a meal elaborated with fresh and seasonal products, good dishes.
The owners of La Fine Mousse tried to prove, opening the restaurant, that dishes and beers agree as well (even better!) than with wine. A dozen beer beers and a beautiful cellar filled with bottles from around the world accompany a quality meal made only with fresh and seasonal produce. The map is minimalist since it only offers 2 entries, 2 dishes and 2 desserts at a time, proposals that regularly change according to the desires of Chef Victor Leclerq. And it works great! To convince you of this, you can only go to the place to enjoy one of their beautiful plates. To finish the evening, the Fine Mousse Bar is located right across the street and offers 20 beer beers in a friendly and warm atmosphere.

Il y a de quoi faire en terme dégustation et une soirée ne suffira pas pour toutes les goûter!
Les gérants connaissent très bien leur sujet et ont été généreux en partage de connaissances sur leurs breuvages houblonnés.
En terme de prix on est au-dessus de la moyenne mais on a de la qualité ; à l'inverse des terrasses de grands boulevards où la pinte de Leffe est à 12€ par exemple.
Peut-être l'idée de galopin ou de récipient plus petit pour les petits portes-monnaies?
