This is a place that has quickly found its regulars and remains a must for cheese lovers in the neighborhood. It must be said that Laure Takahashi and Mathieu Vermorel - you now understand where the name of the shop comes from - select, mature and offer the best, without exception. They go even further, with original creations combining cheeses and other products (wild plants, fruits, spices...).
