Denis Chainay offers the best, quite simply, in his small plot of 1912 - with his white marbles and his golden letters. He makes his selection in the most beautiful land of our country, and even crosses a few borders. Try his Bresse poultry, which he gets from the most famous of the assorters: Jean-Claude Miéral, a worthy son of Roger, who took part very actively in the middle of the twentieth century to safeguard this poultry now becoming queen, both his firm flesh, fleshy and silky is appreciated by all gourmets! His parthenous or blond beef from Aquitaine and his Corrèze calf also deserve a detour.
