Paris Emeraude, a non-profit association law 1901, is carrying the devices CLIC and MAIA in the territory of the 13 th and 14 th arrondissements. CLIC professionals ensure the continuity of the physical and telephone reception of users, their caregivers and professionals, and respond to requests for information and guidance and support decision making. CLIC ensures, alone or in partnership, the care of individual situations of older persons, particularly complex situations, and support for caregivers. It is a resource site for users, their caregivers and professionals. It works in the territory for greater visibility and readability of the gerontological coordination device. It contributes to the dynamic of the gerontological network through the facilitation of working groups and reflection, as well as meetings (Steering Committee and CLIC Committees).
