It's hard to describe in a few lines this place, which brilliantly and with great originality mixes cosy spaces for relaxing, having a drink, working - the place also offers very popular coworking spaces - and relaxing, with two saunas and hammams. But it's also an incredible place to work out, under the vast 18-meter high glass roof - they used to make hot-air balloons here, you'll understand! A space dedicated to cardio, another to weight training, another to boxing, or even for soft gym and cycling are proposed.

Je ne met pas 5 étoiles car le manque d'organisation bienveillante, probablement hiérarchique, rend l'ambiance pesante.

as a true work of art and is currently Paris's trendiest gym. It's a unique blend, part social club and part gym, making it a standout choice. At first, I was a bit put off by the small class sizes, but I've come to appreciate the personal attention you receive, something you won't find in most other classes. These classes are more like a fun group experience where members actually talk to each other, a rare and enjoyable feature.
The shared area is a cool place to hang out for a few hours before or after your workout. It's a wonder why more gyms don't offer something similar. La Montgolfière also hosts a lot of events, adding to the gym's appeal.
The building itself is full of character, spread over three floors. The open layout makes it feel spacious and adds to the social atmosphere.
Among the coaches, I particularly enjoyed Virginia, Como, and Ivson. Virginia, in particular, is exceptional at teaching with precision, which greatly improved my form and made the class best I have taken.
