Paris address offering hot oysters, duck, a menu of delicacies, fish and roasted meats.
In the broth family, this Julien occupies a place of choice. To lunch or dine here is to be immersed in the Art Nouveau period (the house opened in 1906). Glass panels by Louis Trezel (inspired by Mucha), tiles designed by ceramist Boulenger, Majorelle's Cuban mahogany bar: the setting is splendid. Here, not only is the food beautiful, it's also good and inexpensive, like any self-respecting bouillon. Good and simple (mayo eggs, snails, haddock brandade, sausage, coquillettes, rum baba...). A place to visit. A must!
