This small restaurant (20 seats), without visible sign from the outside, is held by Katsuaki Okiyama, a Japanese chef, got experience among others from the cuisines of Taillevent, Robuchon and Agapé Bistrot. Sea bream carpaccio, cuttlefish accompanied by mashed artichoke and cep, potimarron and mushrooms escabeche, pollack on a corn emulsion, suckling pig, marinated strawberries flavoured with hibiscus, coconut yoghurt sorbet... The plates, elegant and finely engraved, follow each other and easily maintain our interest during the meal... Monday and Saturday at lunchtime, it is sandwich for everyone, with tonkastsu, the Japanese breaded pork with an unbeatable value for money.
