The Canalcentral is just a few steps from place de la République and offers its members a remarkable setting. White walls with a large glass roof to let the sun in, wooden floor, some frames… The club Qi Gong section was born in 2005 under the leadership of Isabella Buggelsheim. Since the number of licensees has steadily increased, Julien Zeitoun, the teacher of the site trains all levels, from beginners to black belts. Here, everything contributes to calm and well-being. It is true that essentially, Qi Gong remains a discipline of health and longevity. Movements learned and repeated during the lessons, carried out without muscular effort, contribute to the oxygenation of organs, relaxation of muscles and joints. And this is not enough, internships are organised every weekend at the centre. For the most curious, the club also offers yoga and Tai chi chuan classes.
