A covered terrace is present at the front of the boat and is open to passengers at any time during the gourmet ride. On the menu? Antipasti platter with escabeche carrots, artichokes with paprika or eggplant caviar. And also six pizzas prepared on board and served to satiety. In terms of flavours, we find the Margherita, the Regina, a vegetarian pizza, with anchovies or even with truffles. At the end of the meal, it is difficult not to fall for a sweet sweetness with the inevitable tiramisu with speculoos. All these proposals are designed by chef Ludovic Biecchierai, who received the prestigious distinction of best pizzaiolo in the world 2016 at the Palermo competition. This means that you can book with your eyes closed, taste the best of Italian cuisine, enjoy the splendour of the Parisian monuments and the softness of the Seine, all within the framework of an innovative concept that also wishes to break with the codes of dinner cruises.
