As Valentine's Day approaches, this is the perfect opportunity to visit the French capital. The city of lovers always makes its small impact and we offer you a small journey for three days to enjoy the Parisian charms. Three days is short to visit the capital. But we can see the essentials if we are not afraid to make very long days. Don't hesitate to get up at dawn, just to drink a coffee at the corner of the corner and discover the life of the Parisians early in the morning. In the evening, we take advantage of the wide range of possibilities: offering a good restaurant or seeing a beautiful show is an unforgettable pleasure. You can also celebrate all night… and for Parisians, nothing prevents you from picketing only one (or several) good ideas to declare once again its flame to its half.

Romanticism along the Seine River

A gentleman that we are, this visit starts with the great lady of the capital, the famous Eiffel Tower. After seeing Paris from heaven for a unique hand in hand, a boat tour is needed to discover the monuments more closely. At the foot of the Eiffel Tower, the Paris Boats are there for a loop on the Seine which lasts just over an hour. Romance when you hold us… at lunch time you will be back at the Alma Bridge, which you will cross to walk through the Trocadero gardens to the Esplanade. Take the metro (line 6) and get off at Charles de Gaulle-Étoile station to visit the Champs-Elysées. And from the beginning of the afternoon, the Arc de Triomphe is for you. On a weekend, the visit is not useful. On the other hand, do not miss to walk around the most beautiful avenue in the world and enjoy it quickly. Or type the bell in one of its luxurious addresses! Below are the place de la Concorde and its Egyptian obelisk. A walk through the Tuileries gardens leads to the Louvre and its famous pyramid. You can't visit the museum entirely but you can enjoy a temporary expo or focus on a department. At the beginning of the evening you will take the Seine for about a quarter of an hour or take the metro (line 1, from Louvre-Rivoli to the Hotel-de-Ville) to arrive at Notre-Dame which deserves a small visit, then at the City Hall whose façade is beautifully decorated. At about 200 m you will see the Center Pompidou. You may be attracted to one of the exhibitions. Alternatively, take the escalators to the roof to admire the panorama of Paris and take a coffee. On the adjacent streets you will find many souvenir shops. On the north side of Beaubourg, take Rambuteau Street east to reach the heart of the Marais. This neighborhood is known for its beautiful hotels and museums, including the Picasso Museum which reopened in 2014 after years of work. Continue rue des Francs-Bourgeois until the place des Vosges, a perfect example of the Parisian architecture of the seventeenth century where Victor Hugo resided. This elegant Royal Place houses hotels, restaurants, galleries and luxury boutiques. You can find where to dine in the adjacent small streets. You will take the direction of the Bastille where the destruction of the famous prison is commemorated by a column representing freedom. Basically, the large glass and concrete building is the Bastille opera. The famous streets of Lappe and the Roquette are lined with shops, restaurants of all kinds (you will come for a drink), but push to Paul-Bert Street to settle on the same name. It's a real Parisian bistro where the kitchen is tasty, without chichi, and the Paris-Brest to get damn. In any case, in the Marais or Bastille, the good tables are legions and the chance to drink one last drink is constantly repeated all night…

Live the Sacred Heart!

The next day, direction the north of the capital and its famous Sacré-Coeur. A whole symbol… You can walk on foot and discover small shops of cheap clothing throughout the path or take the funicular at the price of a subway ticket. From the top, the panoramic view over a 50 km radius is striking. Take a walk inside the Sacré-Coeur and, if you have energy, there are 200 steps to climb up to the dome panorama. After a few romantic selfs, then take the left to arrive on the famous place du Tertre, where everything crashes. The painters will try to cater to you and most restaurants are only for this particular ambience of Montmartre. For lunch, we can try La Mère Catherine, an institution that is not too "tourist trap"… Early afternoon, if you have children with you or if you are tired, Montmartrain will walk you around Montmartre. It starts in front of the Sacré-Coeur and puts Pigalle Square. Otherwise, you will walk back on foot by the small streets to the Place des Abbesses. Do not miss the vineyard of Montmartre in Saint Vincent Street, which produces a few bottles a year, or the famous Moulin de la Galette, rue Lepic. Take the rue des Abbesses. Amélie Poulain's neighborhood is full of shops, cafés, restaurants and wine bars for an appetizer. A little look at the Moulin Rouge, Place Blanche, before taking the metro to finish the evening in Saint-Germain-des-Prés. In the evening you can enjoy dinner at the Kitchen Gallery Bis, at 25 rue des Grands Augustins. The connections will end the evening in Montana - 28 St. Benoît Street - where the whole Paris finds itself. Nostalgic will take care of the Two Magots or the Café de Flore, and the festivities will be lost in the bars of the rue Mouffetard and the Contrescarpe at the student ambiances.

Du Canal Saint-Martin at Lido

For your third and last awakening, you will enjoy breakfast in a café de la Bastille before embarking at 9:45 a. m. of the Arsenal harbor for a cruise on the canal Saint Martin to the Bassin de la Villette. Between locks and rotating bridges, it is the discovery of elegant bridges and mythical places like the Hotel du Nord. For lunch, direction Le Boeuf Crowé, Avenue Jean-Jaurès. Finally, to close your romantic getaway, you will be able to walk hand in hand in one of the Parisian green spaces. The Buttes-Chaumont, Parc Montceau, Parc Montsouris, the Jardin du Luxembourg, the possibilities are numerous… And for your last evening, what better than to enjoy a typical Parisian table. Direction Montparnasse and one of its famous breweries La Rotonde or La Coupole? Before offering a cabaret show at the Lido, Moulin Rouge, Crazy Horse or, in another style, a play.
