The Open House of artists' studios from Anvers to Abbesses is a unique meeting between artists and the public around the Butte Montmartre.
For the occasion, 93 painters, sculptors, photographers, ceramists or engravers will welcome the public in 49 studios spread between the 9th and 18th districts of Paris. A perimeter which is enlarged this year allowing to discover new talents and other places.

"The meeting between artists and the public is essential. The need for exchanges, throughout these three days, is even more precious in this still very complicated year" explains Frédéric Ardiet, President of the Association "d'Anvers aux Abbesses".

The artist is a witness of his time. The world around him acts as a revelator on his creativity. To surprise, interest and awaken, to discover the freedom to create and express oneself through an artistic technique, to help people discover the mysteries of creation, there is a little of all this in the Portes Ouvertes.
