Travel Guide Lestiac-Sur-Garonne

As its name suggests, it is located on the Garonne. On the right bank of the river. The occupation of the territory is very old and probably goes back to the Gallo-Roman period. In addition to the church of Notre-Dame built in the 12th century, Lestiac-sur-Garonne has some very fine architectural specimens: the Cappelanie farm for example with its circular tower or the beautiful facades of several houses from the 18th and 19th centuries. Its port is currently undergoing rehabilitation. It offers a very nice view of the Garonne. The town is peaceful and green, on the side of the river. It is a soothing stopover.
