The Suresnois bus, or AS as used by the habitués, only serves the city of Suresnes. It is accessible with an RATP ticket, the amethyst card or the orange card. There are 2 main circuits that circulate from Monday to Saturday and public holidays at a frequency of 40 minutes: the Freedom circuit and the Republic circuit. A third circuit, which only operates on Sunday, serves the Cité-Jardins and the market Caron.

The old Suresnes-Longchamp train station now welcomes the T 2 Val-de-Seine tram linking La Défense to Porte de Versailles, in seventeen stops. Once the extension works in the north end, at the end of 2012, the line will connect the door from Versailles to the Bezons Bridge in 23 stations.

Built in the 1940 s, Suresnes station is convenient for Paris. On the main line Saint-Cloud/Paris Saint-Lazare, a train passes every 15 minutes. On the other line connecting La Verrière à La Défense, there is a train every 15 to 30 minutes and a train every day on Sundays and every day in the evening. Close to the train station, Franklin Roosevelt's 190-seat pay car park is designed for vehicles.
