Because here, as the locals have clearly understood, we take the time to cook good, genuine products, concocted by a friendly team who have turned this former bistro into a sober, refined place. An intimate, family-style journey to the Italy of our childhood and our hearts. A menu of must-tries and a slate of suggestions that change according to the team's inspirations. Pasta, risotto, gnocchi, vongole or carne - by which we mean meats (like piccatas al limone - literally veal medallions with lemon) prepared just as they should be, and what can we say about the desserts?
