Chic, country-style restaurant serving organic bistronomic cuisine, housed in former stables with covered terrace in Léognan.

Le Manège is housed in the former stables of the Château de Léognan, with the rond de longe now transformed into a pleasant covered terrace. Faithful to its equestrian past, the restaurant is also decorated in a style reminiscent of the estate's winemaking activity. The menu is creatively conceived and precisely executed by chef Gaël Derrien. The result: gourmet (and organic) proposals, whose flavors and textures delight the taste buds... The dishes are of course enhanced by the always excellent Pessac-Léognan wines!

Superbe restaurant, service agréable et jolie carte d’automne. Nous y sommes allés un soir et avons dégusté les vins du Château Léognan.
