Indeed, after several telephone contacts with Vincent the manager of the activity, a firm book on their website and several hundred kilometres for our guests, we arrive full with enthusiasm you Saturday afternoon at 15:45, including agreed, in the town of Light Canon Cap-Ferret for a stroll in the barge on the bassin d'arcachon.
At 16:00, not always have any presence on the site of the place and 2 inalienable mobile phone numbers saturated with transport, we finally arrive with help friendly and sympathizing a neighbour to contact Vincent who announces us simply he works in the heart of the bassin d'arcachon and he did not planning to ensure the service, but he had it delegated to another person, equally absent go as him!

Nous sommes vraiment navrés que vous ayez eu une mauvaise expérience avec nos balades, et vous présentons toutes nos excuses. Nous sommes une toute jeune entreprise et même si nous faisons de notre mieux au quotidien, il arrive malheureusement parfois que des soucis d'organisation/mauvaise communication en interne se produisent.
Sachez que nous avons revu notre organisation et notre équipe depuis le mois de mars, pour apporter le meilleur service possible à nos clients. Nous souhaitons en effet vous permettre de profiter de moments magiques et inoubliables sur le Bassin, sans que vous ayez besoin de vous préoccuper de ces soucis d'intendance et d'organisation :)
