Restaurant-auberge offering a kitchen based on the products of the sea in Lège-Cap-Ferret.
From Paris to Monaco, and after several years working alongside Joël Robuchon, Mélanie Serre and her husband Bertrand Guillou-Valentin (a great wine enthusiast) decided to settle in Claouey to reopen the Auberge du Bassin with its waterfront terrace. 24-hour oyster dispenser (Joël Dupuch's oysters), lunch menu, dishes to share for the evening, gourmet table d'hôtes by reservation, grocery store with products from the menu... But it's only temporary, as major renovations are about to begin, marking the start of a new era.

Alors là je sèche!!!! De faim
Nos cocktails en même temps que le plat ou plutôt l’amuse gueule. Heureusement que j ai demandé du pain .
Bref hyper déçue !!!!!
