Pascal Briant and his team welcome you in a pleasant setting, where the program will decrease mainly meat - the name of the establishment speaks for him! We are here in the French tradition: small tiles, woodwork, small tables and chairs in typical style… It's nice. Here, we put forward simple dishes, made «as at home», with a wide variety of choices: œufs eggs to the cream of chives or carpaccio beef in the basil, toasted little salted or andouillette of Troyes… Wood fire grill, cooked in the huge fireplace that is here, are a speciality of the restaurant. There are also generous compound salads. In the beautiful days you will enjoy enjoying the terrace of the dishes. Simple and efficient.

Joli cadre, tables bien dressées et plats simples au Bœuf à Six Pattes. Leur carpacio de bœuf est excellent. J'ai adoré.
