Coming to Le Bon'Art is first of all meeting its chef Olivier Bonnard: a boss who likes to surprise his customers with quality products, in a menu that changes according to the seasons. His specialties? Seafood and, more generally, traditional cuisine. It is true that the shellfish and shellfish platters are more than attractive, and set the tone, since the place is more specialized on seafood products.
