The Domaine de Chamarande is a historic château, a natural site and a center for contemporary art in Essonne. The 98-hectare estate, where you can stroll through groves and fabriques, along canals and waterways, is a fabulous setting for a château built in the pure Louis XIII style. It hosts contemporary art events throughout the year: exhibitions in the château, which is open to visitors at the time, as well as in the park, open-air shows, a variety of activities and numerous conferences.

POUR UN DIMANCHE BUCCOLIQUE
Ce parc est accessible grâce au RER C et il dispose de plusieurs parkings.
Il comprend : 1 château (avec de nombreuses expositions), un parc engazonné, de la forêt, un potager, un petit labyrinthe, une fontaine d'époque, de quoi pique-niquer, faire la sieste... De quoi passer de belles heures de détente.
Tout y est gratuit, sauf la glace que vous prendrez peut-être cet été.
Différentes manifestations sont organisées chaque année.
