In Blagon, along the main road linking Bordeaux to the Cap-Ferret peninsula, La Bûcherie is a veritable local institution. For many years now, Maxime Blanquine has been welcoming regulars and visitors alike in a vast, wood-clad dining room, featuring a huge 360° central fireplace. The restaurant offers generous, authentic cuisine, faithful to regional traditions: venison terrine, homemade duck foie gras, fish soup, sweetbreads... Oysters come directly from the family oyster farm.
