Every day in Normandy, 500 patients wait for transfusions. And we can all help, by giving blood or plasma. These donations are vital to the survival of the sick, as there is so far no synthetic substitute for human blood. So get involved! Who can give? Adults aged 18 to 70, with identification, recognized fit for donation and weighing at least 50 kg. It will take 45 minutes to 1 hour for a total blood donation. Attention: It is recommended to feed before a donation and to drink well afterwards.
