Welcome to the Box. This concept refers to the room where CrossFit is used by people who follow this very popular physical preparation method. In concrete terms, it is a combination of high-intensity exercises that aim to develop endurance, power, strength, agility, among others, a clever mix of weightlifting, gymnastics and cardio, to test the body in a good-natured spirit. The idea: to make efforts while being supported and pushed by a certified sports coach, and surrounded by friends who are as busy as you are... We sweat, we sigh, we smile and... we ask for more.
