The DOJO ZEN DE ROUEN offers you the chance to experience Zen meditation in a soothing setting, conducive to self-abandonment. Guided by experienced teachers, you can immerse yourself in zazen, a form of seated meditation deeply rooted in Buddhist tradition. As well as practising Zen meditation, the dojo also offers you the opportunity to study the teachings of Indian, Chinese and Japanese masters, enabling you to deepen your understanding of this age-old philosophy and apply it to everyday life. It's an ideal place for those seeking to cultivate inner peace and wisdom.

L'HACHEZ-VOUS LancerDeHacheRouen is a leisure center offering an original activity: axe throwing. Thrill-seekers can enjoy this fun and friendly activity. The center has portable targets and can accommodate up to 18 people. Sessions last 55 minutes and can be booked for groups of 1 to 18 participants. It is also possible to open the center outside reservation slots on request.

Rouen is home to the association Une Touche d'Ébène, which offers African dance classes, shows and percussion workshops. Classes are available for all ages, from children to adults, and are held in Rouen and Bapeaume. The association also offers African dance workshops for children and adults. Class times vary according to age and level, but there are classes available on weekdays and weekends. Une Touche d'Ébène also works with schools to introduce students to African dance. The association's shows are very popular, offering a festive and convivial experience.
