Brasserie offering traditional homemade cuisine, in the heart of Rouen.

AL’1 and its team welcome you in a friendly atmosphere, in the heart of Rouen, right next to the cathedral. This brasserie is specialised in traditional home-made cooking. You will find on the menu the famous pot-au-feu, the calf’s head with gribiche sauce or the steak tartare. But it is especially for its salads that the establishment is famous. From the classic Baltic salad with herring fillets to the original Lyonnaise salad with hot sausage, there is something for everyone! Very friendly staff, we recommend it!

Je passais à vélo devant leur terrasse, je ralentis et poses même le pied à terre. Un des restaurateurs sort, et me dit "vous pouvez pas passez ailleurs avec votre vélo a la con", et me mets un coup de pied dans la roue arrière pour me faire tomber, tout ça devant tout les clients. Ravissant

Fuyez ! Sauf si vous aimez les établissements sales, où la nourriture est infecte, le personnel mal élevé, désagréable, et ODIEUX. Le « patron » est un roquet agressif et violent.
Proposant une terrasse similaire, l’établissement à côté (la Brasserie Paul) est incomparable. Et vous ne serez pas déçus.
