The Canopée restaurant, which recently succeeded La Plancha, could not be more central. Located in the Espace du Palais, this restaurant-bar-tea room reveals a cosy atmosphere both inside and outside thanks to its heated terrace. On the plate, you will find fresh pokés, homemade burgers or salmon steaks cooked to perfection. All the dishes offered at Le Canopée are homemade, with fresh and generally seasonal products. In short, the ideal place for a tasty lunch!

Alors comment dire, je peux pas partager grand chose.... 2 resas, 2 annulations de leur part... À fuire absolument si vous ne voulez pas faire la tournée des restaurants pour trouver une autre table à 20h... 1ère fois, pour un samedi soir, ils annulent l'après midi prétextant un anniversaire qui prenait tout le resto... Déjà on fonctionne à l'envers... On en vire certains pour en mettre d'autres à la place... Puis vendredi soir, 15' avant, SMS qui annule notre réservation... Formidable, du jamais vu... J'arrive sur place pour en discuter un peu, resto fermé... Le taux de remplissage n'était peut-être pas atteint pour justifier l'ouverture... Bref, n'y allez pas..... Quelque soit le cadre, la carte, ils ne respectent pas le futur ex client.... On est très loin du vrai monde de la restauration.... Ils ne nous méritent pas...

Petit restaurant situé espace du Palais à Rouen. Terrasse agréable en cas de beau temps. Accueil très chaleureux. Nouveau menu chaque semaine en principe. Menu à la carte varié. Prix attractifs. Cuisine savoureuse. Bien fréquenté. ????????
