At the helm of Nomade is a young couple from the Médoc: Manon at the front desk and Thibault, the chef, who trained with Thierry Marx in Pauillac. An experience that has honed his creativity and sense of precision. His cuisine? Inventive, refined, resolutely gastronomic, but without pretension. His dishes celebrate fresh, organic and sustainable produce, sublimated by the right, bold combinations of flavors. As for the decor, even if the place has retained nothing of its railway past, it remains atypical, sober and warm.

Menu dégustation parfait.
Seuls bémols, le fromage est en supplément pour un menu à 100€ et pas de 1/2 bouteilles de vin. Au verre, la quantité est très limitée. Dommage car sinon cela serait parfait.
