A charming island in La Teste-de-Buch, a good address for birdwatchers, one of the must-see sites in the region.

Ile aux Oiseaux is one of the region's must-see sites. This enchantingly-named strip of land stands in the center of the basin. It is subject to the rhythm of the tides and can, at times, be 16 km in circumference or just 5 km. It owes its name to the 150 species of birds that live there or pass through on their migration. Just as famous as the birds are the cabanes tchanquées (the most famous of the cabins), which stand on stilts. They're brimming with history and anecdotes. On a adoré faire cette ballade autour de l’île aux oiseaux. Vraiment très sympa, de bonnes explications de la part du capitaine. Je recommande de la faire pour faire de belles découvertes.

L'île aux oiseau est une petite île sur le bassin on peut y faire le tour en bateau avec une explication du capitaine qui a la fonction de guide. Très belle île avec comme le nom l'indique on y retrouve de nombreux oiseaux. Un moment agréable pour profiter des vacances en famille.

Cette île est accessible en bateau au cours d'une balade sympa sur le bassin d'Arcachon. Il faut bien regarder les marées avant d'entamer la visite. L'endroit est tranquille permet d'observer tranquillement les oiseaux.
