On the heights of La Teste, overlooking the Arcachon Basin! It's the ideal place for a drink or a lunch break on the terrace. Inside, the decor has been completely revised by Toqués du bassin (caterer). Concocted by Alissia Morandeau, who holds the title of Best Apprentice of France 2016, the lunch menu consists of a main course and a dessert. Her cuisine is generous, regressive, but in tune with the times. The lamb shoulder confit is a must in summer (to share or not!). A confidential address.

Cette fois-ci c'est le pompon de l'accueil le plus méprisant que je n'ai jamais connu.
On a demandé du pain qu'on n'a jamais vu venir. Les plats n'étaient pas mauvais.
Le cadre est joli. Et c'est gratuit.
Par contre pour le restaurant, passez votre chemin.
