Scallop walnut cassolette puffed up with leeks, duo of golden solettes meunière, back of cod fried with lemon confit and lemongrass, this resolutely marine table will delight the most demanding. Très bon moment passé en famille ce midi. Merci à la cuisine pour la cuisson des poissons parfaite (sole, turbot et bar sauvage) et un grand merci à notre serveuse Laurence qui était au petit soin avec nous. Que du bonheur
