Restaurant offering local cuisine and homemade dishes in Le Havre.

A restaurant the way we like it, where the words "local cuisine" are not just empty words, but a real motto, even a vocation, and where the dishes are "homemade". Beef casserole, for example, is one of the flagship dishes of the establishment. As for the other specialities, they remind us that simplicity is not a defect, on the contrary, and that talent can come from a perfectly prepared entrecote steak from our regions à la plancha, a grilled salmon with thyme and herbs, or from mastering the fish terrine. The welcome is always pleasant and the service delicate.

Après plusieurs expériences dans cet établissement, nous n'avons pas retrouvé le plaisir d'antan. Mets corrects mais pas transcendants. La présentation des plats est plutôt basique.

Le propriétaire de l'établissement est vraiment désagréable et il propose des desserts différents de ceux annoncé sur la carte . C'est inadmissible une honte pour la gastronomie.
Une pomme de pin servi après avoir commandé un Paris Brest qui n'es plus à la carte depuis la dernière saison .
