LIA is the company managing the urban transport of Le Havre and certain neighbouring municipalities. With a ticket, access to the entire network: bus, tramway, funicular, TER train line to Rolleville (except interurban lines 20, 23 and 24). Purchase in the two LIA branches, and in the ticket vending machines (located at the tram stations, and near the newsstand on the Place de l’Hôtel de Ville), in some shops. Purchase of a voucher also by SMS: send 1 hour to 93 333 (only for Bouygues Télécom, SFR and Orange customers). First tramway 4:05, last tramway 23:19. Bus lines 3 and 2 operate until midnight.
