Run by William Boquelet and his team, this recently renovated restaurant is a real winner. Original yet traditional recipes (aiguillette de Saint-Pierre, sweetbreads, semi-smoked salmon, scallop carpaccio, royal pigeon...), mouth-watering starters like Burgundy snails and parsnip velouté with Camembert, gourmet desserts like cocoa and lemon tartlet... As you’ve no doubt already guessed, this smart address comes highly recommended!

Excellent cuisine, creative, using products obviously. If the menus are a bit expensive, set lunch menu is more affordable and enhances as much the talent of the chef. Bravo!
