The tourist office in Belfort and the Territory proposes a walk between forests and ponds, in this superb area also called the small Sologne belfortaine. The itinerary makes a small incursion into Switzerland, borrowing the interesting route of customs with its numbered terminals bearing the various crests of the two countries: Bernese bear, Swiss cross, royal or simple French lys. We will also see the old railway put into service in 1913. In close proximity, the square of remembrance celebrated the violent fighting of November 1944 for the liberation of the region, and in particular the attack by the enemy of a sanitary convoy, during which several ambulance officers found death. Several monuments retrace the episode and pay tribute to the courage of these women.
