Located between Macau and Margaux, next to the beautiful church of Cantenac, the Brasserie des Châteaux welcomes us in a warm atmosphere of contemporary bistro. Salad of medocain attic, entrecote with shallots, beef rib... Chef Bruno Pouilloux, with his experience as a pork butcher and caterer, takes us on a journey to the Medoc region through delicious traditional recipes from the South-West.
